Internal Cleansing for a better you Pt.2 Indigested food remains in the gut?

Friends, have you ever considered or wondered if your “diet” or way of living is natural? Does it line up accordingly with your projected thought on a superior lifestyle? Is it normal for certain foods eaten to stay in the gut for more than 24 hours? I can surely tell you what is abnormal: eating non nourishing foods with expectations that the gut will do all the work year after year, while operating the same with no side effects. Eating foods that our body was never intended to break down; processed foods, food coloring, sugar, and salt that are drowning out the taste of toxins. These things will go undigested sit and rot in the gut equaling out to abnormal digestion.
Let's prevent leaky gut syndrome together
What is this leaky gut syndrome? Simply put it is undigested food turning toxic leaking into the bloodstream. Short story, for weeks or even months you enjoyed your routinely eating out at fast food/restaurants binging out on NonAlkalined based foods. That tasty food is now just sitting in your stomach more than a day or so (depending on how backed up you are) waiting to be rid of. With the food rotting over time the protective intestinal linings in the gut weaken and allows some of the rotting food to slide into the bloodstream. Scary right? Now that it is in the blood, this toxic debris can settle anywhere as a foreign agent which then can initiate an inflammation reaction in the particular part of the body the debris ends up; Gut, liver, kidney, and muscles. What happens is, the normal path for the body to rid waste; liver, kidneys, colon are overwhelmed. As a survival instinct, other organs of the body pick up the slack to help get rid of wastes. Desperately trying to expel the indigestible poisons, often becoming inflamed or diseased themselves in the attempt. Then we are prescribed medication to treat the pain brought on from bad habitual eating.

Foods that are processed have the enzymes removed for longer shelf life. Do not be like Lego Man a generic individual following the masses to bad health, instead work every day to become even 1% better in becoming the new version of you who chooses to juice with green, juice with kale to detoxify the body. Research the superfoods you need that will aid in a healthier gut to make for a sound mind. Invest in yourself, we have had this body for only so long, buy a blender that fits in your lifestyle. Remember it is that time NOW, to give your internal organs a break, they’ve been good to you thus far. I listed a couple of blenders that I highly recommend purchasing.
Surprisingly, juicing with green remains one of the most omitted means for an individual to lose weight and have optimal health. Friends, allow me to be open with you, I for one was also guilty of this dismissing the simple fact I can be nourished by juicing with greens. Being as gullible as I was (sometimes still am), allowed me to be victimized; falling into entrapment by spending my time and money on commercialized weight loss pills. We all want to lose weight the easy way in a lesser timely fashion if possible. For that cause is why we subdue to taking these pills, with high hopes and expectations of seeing results, but only to find disillusionment on the horizon. As the saying goes, “If something sounds too good to be true, then it’s too good to be true.” Since I want to be completely open with you, the majority of the time that statement is true but when it comes to weight loss, that statement is most certainly fiction-like. Benefits of Juicing
If done correctly, juicing can be an incredibly effective way for you to not only lose weight but to detoxify the body with natural drinks. When you have the key ingredients and the appropriate tools onboard juicing can be considered as magic due to all the amazing effects it has on I' human body. Let’s take a look at the reasons you are even thinking about juicing; you may be tired of feeling sluggish, you just don’t have enough drive to reach that goal that was set, that body of yours is ready for an update not only externally but internally as well. If you are ready to take that initial step to become the better version of yourself I will not only outline the benefits of juicing but also the proper outline of the necessary instruments needed to aid in a new you. Not only does juicing help with weight loss, but continuously adhering to a green juice diet also makes you feel younger and look younger because the gunk that was once a part of you is being flushed out; eliminating what felt sluggish before transcending into infinite energy.

I understand why the majority of the population view juicing as torture due to the taste, but it most definitely doesn’t have to be that way. This is the fun part when we get creative and build different drinks/smoothies daily. I recommend if new to the juicing way of life to get Intune with all the great juicing recipes available to you. This is when you can add fruits and also a sweetener (Agave will be my recommendation since it is natural and has no side effects on the body). Do keep in mind that you will want to include a multitude of nutritional vegetables since they are the key components while the fruits will aid in diluting the taste to make it to your likings.

Within a month’s time or possibly even less depends on your will, you should expect to lose 20 pounds from your body, and please keep in mind for this to happen you have to minimize your processed food consumption. An inside tip I will recommend that always works for me is that if your weight loss juicing regimen isn't filling you up please experiment so you can make it as potent as possible , thus reducing the likelihood of you reaching for unhealthy food choices to chase away those hunger pangs.

Of course, nothing good comes for free so here is a list of recommended juicers/blenders that I have personally used that will aid in getting the job done. To make it easier, my personal favorite is Vitamix 5200. I have had that blender for over 3 years without any issue and it chops through any and everything. The upgraded model is also fascinating and a lot quieter than the Vitamix 5200 but you will be very pleased with either one of those investments. If you’re looking for something a little more cost-efficient that is nearly as good as the two I mentioned, I would go for the Ninja Blender. Anything lower may not have the efficient amount of power to cut through everything as easy and as smoothly. Also, if you’re looking for the most superior juicer/blender which is costlier, my recommendation is the Super Angel 5500 Juicer.
